ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead broadbased compensation and annual cash incentive programs
Lead team responsible for providing ongoing benchmark and market analysis support to talent and business leaders
Participate in salary surveys to assess companys compensation competitiveness to market
Subject matter expert to executives talent leaders and managers on compensation decisions
Identify opportunities for improvement to current compensation processes to create more efficiencies and cross functional collaboration
Work with compensation team to provide adhoc compensation analysis
Model compensation cost implications and make recommendations to executives and senior management
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 7 years progressive experience in compensation
Ability to influence leaders throughout the organization
Ability to plan organize and prioritize work for the team including ad hoc projects to meet deadlines

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$143275.86 to $191034.48Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage a wellbeing program life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility based on both company and individual performance as well as short and longterm incentives and programspecific awards. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidates salary history. Please note: Employee benefits do not apply to our Fusion and Street Sales roles which are 100 commissionbased 1099NEC) positions.
