As an Automotive Call Center Representative/BDC Agent you will handle inbound/outbound calls and appointment setting for our service customers. We are looking for someone comfortable with high volume calling a GO GETTER and a professional wellspoken candidate. If you have experience in customer service telemarketing retail or sales then we encourage you to apply today! Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule: 40hour work week Monday Friday with alternating Saturdays. Closed Sundays
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with customers on inbound calls outgoing calls and texting solutions to schedule service appointments.
- Basic customer service followup calls after completion of service visits.
- Maintain and follow our script and inbound call process to efficiently schedule appointments at ease for our guests.
- Work closely with Service Management Service Advisor and Parts Advisor teams.
- Ongoing onsite training of basic dealership guidelines and scheduling systems.
