We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer accounts processing orders and coordinating salesrelated activities. This role involves close collaboration with sales and production to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills attention to detail and experience in a busy production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Support:
Scheduling sales appointments and managing sales team calendars
Preparing sales presentations and ensuring sales materials are updated
Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data
Providing administrative support to sales representatives
Sales tracking: regularly monitor sales progress against the plan and identify potential issues.
Sales meeting coordination: schedule and attend sales meetings including agenda preparation and minutes.
Sales documentation management: maintain sales documentation such as sales plans reports and meeting notes.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order updates and followups.
Answering customer inquiries and addressing concerns
Processing orders and confirming details with customers
Following up with customers on order status and delivery updates
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
- 15 years of experience in sales coordination customer service or order management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Excellent communication organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes supply chain and logistics (preferred).
