Are you ready to make a difference Were looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our 100 employeeowned team at Symbria Rehab! This is a FullTime split position between Addolorata Villa in Wheeling IL and Asbury Court in Des Plaines IL.
As an Occupational Therapist at Symbria youll help individuals of all ages overcome physical mental and emotional challenges empowering them to engage in daily activities and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will make a meaningful impact helping patients regain independence and function.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
- Develop customized treatment plans to enhance patient independence and overall wellbeing.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes for patients.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure the highest quality care.
- Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation with precision.
- Buildlasting relationshipswith patients making a real difference in their lives.
Qualifications
What Youll Need:
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Valid or pending state license (for newer graduates).
- Experience in acute care longterm care or rehabilitation is a plus but not required!
