This position is eligible for a $500 signon bonus payable after 90 days of employment!
Our Millersburg site is growing and were currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts (outlined below). Our Millersburg PA site is a 24/7 Manufacturing facility that offers flexible containment solutions for bioprocessing including 2D and 3D bioprocess containers (BPCs) and fluid transfer assemblies (FTAs). Pay Rate:
- Operator I: $16.50/hour
- Operator II: $18.20/hour
- 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential 10
- Weekend Shifts Differential 15
Shift Schedules:
- 1st Shift: MonFri 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: MonFri 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: SunFri 10:00PM 6:30AM
- Weekend AM: FriSun 6:00AM 6:30PM
- Weekend PM: FriSun 6:00PM 6:30AM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes and highquality output
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Determine and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to successfully implement process improvements and improve production capabilities
- Accurately detail production data and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; technical certification is a plus
- Operator I (experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Operator II 1 year of manufacturing experience required)
- Cleanroom environment: must be able to wear full gowning attire which includes gloves hair & beard nets face covers and safety glasses. These items are prohibited in the cleanroom: makeup jewelry nail polish cologne / perfume scented lotions and hair care products
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts and overtime if required
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
