Permanent job available for a Maintenance Assistant to work at an educational institution
in Oxford Oxfordshire. Pay up to 10.80p/h MF 39hrs pw.
Job Duties
The Maintenance Assistant job in Oxford will involve
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs throughout the estate.
- The Maintenance Assistant job will include basic carpentry painting and decorating.
- Carrying out installations renovations planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.
- Carrying handling and assembling access equipment and platforms.
- The Maintenance Assistant will ensure that all works are conducted in line with risk assessments and relevant regulations.
- The Maintenance Assistant job will involve participating in a call out rota in case of an emergency.
Ideal candidates for the Maintenance Assistant job role in Oxford will have basic maintenance experience.
The Maintenance Assistant will have a good command of the English language.
Basic IT skills to use the maintenance helpdesk system.
Have a flexible approach and willingness to carry out a variety of jobs.
Preferred candidates for the Maintenance Assistant job will have experience working in a similar job role.
