Your Role
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Pay Systems & Compliance Analyst to join our team focusing on the Kronos time and attendance system. As the goto person for all things related to Kronos you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the system keeping up with product enhancements and advising on potential solutions. This is a key role providing essential support for Retail Selects rostering and time and attendance needs. You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative requirements Modern Awards Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and company policies.
In addition to system administration and user support you will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of payroll processes. This includes conducting audits resolving pay discrepancies and minimizing compliance risks. With the transition to the UKG Pro system familiarity with both Kronos Ready and UKG Pro will be highly beneficial.
