The Role
Reporting to the Membership Manager we are seeking a highly motivated Membership Sales Advisor to join our Membership Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness and wellbeing enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a targetdriven environment. You will play a key role in growing our membership base by delivering outstanding customer service building strong relationships and driving new sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new membership leads through outreach networking and referrals.
- Conduct engaging tours of the club showcasing our premium facilities and lifestyle benefits.
- Build rapport with prospective members understanding their needs; recommending suitable membership options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets contributing to overall business growth.
- Follow up with potential members via phone email and inperson meetings to convert enquiries into sales.
- Assist in organising and attending promotional events to attract new members.
- Maintain accurate records of leads conversions and feedback using CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing members ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Work closely with the Membership and Marketing teams to develop creative strategies to drive new sales.
What were looking for
- Previous experience in a sales or customerfacing role (preferably in the fitness leisure or hospitality industry).
- A proactive and resultsdriven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and inspire potential members.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads effectively.
- A confident and persuasive approach to selling with a focus on consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to support membership growth initiatives.
Hours
40 hours per week including weekends and bank holidays.
