Position Summary:
Touchstone Energy provides marketing communications and member services support to our nearly 700 member cooperatives. Through research on member satisfaction and engagement; creative assets like videos ads and social media libraries; customer service training and education; and a fullservice web development team we help cooperatives build stronger relationships with their memberowners.
NRECAs Education Training & Events team designs delivers and facilitates highimpact learning experiences and eventsboth online and in personthat empower cooperative leaders and staff to guide their organizations and communities into the future. The portfolio includes certification programs a robust education curriculum of 100 courses leadership development programs a trade show thought leadership events and multiday conferences.
We are looking for someone who will contribute to the Member Engagement team and focus on activities to drive program use and member retention. Tracks and executes sales leads from process entry to completion. Provides data and information to identify and engage new coop employees and increases awareness of programs among Touchstone Energy membership. Supports staff with member data requests and understanding of database systems.
