Your tasks :

Sales Strategy & :

  • Develop and implement acomprehensive sales strategyto achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities market trends and competitive landscape within thelegal tech sectorto inform strategic decisions.
  • Set and manageKPIs sales targets and performance metricsfor the sales team.
  • Ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities by optimizinglead generation and conversion strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Build mentor and lead ahighperforming sales team.
  • Provide coaching training and development opportunities to enhance the teams skills and performance.
  • Foster a resultsdriven collaborative and innovative sales culture.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Establish and maintainstrong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersin thelegal industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close highvalue deals while ensuring customer needs are met.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Utilize CRM and sales analytics tools to track sales performance and drive datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Prepare and presentregular reports on sales performance forecasts and market insightsto senior management.
  • Optimize sales processes and implement best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

Profile required:

Ideally you have :

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or a related field(MBA preferred).
  • 5 years of sales leadership experiencein thelegal tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset with a datadriven approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
