TMD Staffing is looking to hire Bilingual Staffing Recruiters to join our team in the NW Houston TX area! 77040
This position is a permanent directhire opportunity with TMD Staffing!
JOB TITLE: Bilingual Staffing Recruiter
WORK ENVIRONMENT:InPerson Office Setting
LOCATION: Houston Texas 77040
SHIFT: FullTime; MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
SUMMARY:The Recruiters primary objective is to recruit interview hire conduct customerspecific orientations place monitor and end assignments for temporary associates.
RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
Assign and monitor temporary associates assignments.
Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.
Manages and maintains correct and current information for the companys ATS computer files job orders and weekly reports.
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively communicate with temporary associates.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2 or more years working in a temporary agency and/or customer service experience.
Communication skills. (written and verbal)
Ability to make independent decisions that have impacts on the organization.
Data entry skills.
Must have a valid DL vehicle and car insurance.
