HOPE has been a provider of community services in Western Australia for over 120 years providing much needed support for people in the areas of alcohol and other mental health justice and family and domestic violence.
About the Opportunity
The roles primary function is to work with other staff to create a safe and respectful home environment for young people to assist them to take responsibility and make healthy life choices.
Facilitate activities and support young people to achieve their goals developed in their strengths based daily personalised program and bail conditions whilst in the residential services.
Shifts are varied. There is a mixture of weekday shifts weekday evening/overnight shifts and weekend day/overnight shifts. Staff work a mixture of shifts as part of their role.
Reporting of incidents as required by HOPE and funding body and within contractual timeframes.

Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months) Current C or A class drivers license First Aid Certificate verification of identification by Department of Justice (DOJ) prior to appointmentand suitable referee.
