Job Description
As a ChickfilA Delivery Driver you work directly for the franchised location under the Operator in a Operator led delivery system. This system is maintained by ChickfilA and not by a 3rd party company. As a result you have the benefit of working for the location and the strong reputation and standards that comes with our brand. The Delivery Team works under the supervision of a Director and works as a team to execute ongoing deliverys from our location to customers utilizing their personal vehicles. The position is expected to maintain and exceed the same hospitality and professional standards that ChickfilA is known for. During nonpeak times Drivers will also assist with our DriveThru and Front of House Hospitality Team. This position requires the Team Member to be flexible and dynamic in filling gaps and needs while working their shift with their primary focus on executing our deliveries in a timely and professional way. The position is minimum wage with tips and delivery credit per delivery currently averaging up to $21/hr.
