As our Trade Marketing Manager youll have the freedom to:
- Take full ownership in creating and executing innovative trade marketing initiatives that amplify our brand presence across key retail partners on a global level.
- Create seamless omnichannel experiences through close collaboration with key accounts and field accounts turning every touchpoint into a powerful brand moment.
- Lead the transformation of global marketing campaigns into energizing local activations while maintaining our premium Swiss positioning.
- Lead training and education initiatives to empower retail staff with indepth product knowledge and brand storytelling expertise.
- Drive sustainable growth through strategic planning and optimization of trade marketing budgets.
- Track and enhance business KPIs through continuous campaign optimization turning data into retail success stories.
- Orchestrate communication between brand partners agencies and distributors to ensure a unified and powerful brand presence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development sales and marketing to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with company goals.
- Report directly to the Head of B2B
To thrive in this role bring along:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- 8 years of proven experience in trade marketing preferably in the sports industry.
- Strong track record in developing and executing successful omnichannel retail marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics with sharp analytical and budget management skills.
- Excellence in project management and stakeholder communication across all levels.
- A passion for fast paced and agile business environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail analytics tools.
- Fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
- Passion for sports and innovative retail solutions that push boundaries.
