Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at TilloHealth you will play a vital role in delivering highquality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. LPNs are responsible for providing nursing care administering medications and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the wellbeing of patients. Qualifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the posted State.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
