SALES NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Hemel Hempstead HP1
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator with previous experience in Estate Agency and who is able to hit the ground running to work for a highly respected brand in the Hemel Hempstead area.
You will need to be a committed team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for selling residential property.
You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart punctual reliable wellspoken and articulate whilst being driven focused and be able to thrive in a faced paced pressurised environment.
Some previous experience is essential and if you have previously worked in or live in Eastbourne that would be ideal.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience as sales negotiator
- A sales/customer service background.
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving Licence essential and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
