Fee Earner Housing Disrepair

Location: Macclesfield

Full Time and hybrid option available

Salary: DOE

ACS have teamed up with a successful Macclesfield based firm with the recruitment of a fee earner within their housing disrepair team!

The successful candidate will ideally have the following knowledge and experience

  • Ability to manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims
  • Legal Knowledge of the Housing Conditions preaction protocol
  • Legal knowledge of the CPR and fasttrack litigation process
  • Review reports from Surveyors
  • Carry out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plans
  • Ability to run issued fast track matters with minimal supervision.
  • To effectively act upon court directions and to prepare matters for trial
  • Experience of using Proclaim case management system
  • Experience of working in a fast paced target driven environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Organisation and admin skills
  • Communication skills: written and verbal
  • Ability to work individually or part as a team
