About the opportunity
Seeking either experienced or new graduate to join our team on an ongoing basis so that we can bring lifechanging therapy to more people.
As part of Therapy Pro you will be able to work from home and in your local community supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes.
You will provide assessment and intervention services to a highly diverse NDIS caseload. You will gain exposure skills and knowledge from working with clients across the lifespan and of all abilities.
With access to industryrenowned therapists we will support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidencebased practices and strategies to effect positive change.

Our accelerate graduate program
For our graduates our accelerate graduate program is designed to support your transition from studying to employment. We know that stepping into the workforce as a new graduate can be daunting but our wraparound support model and structured 6month graduate program will accelerate your learning and set you up for success with the following

- You have experience working in or a strong desire to understand the community sector and NDIS market.
- You are a qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for an AHPRA Registration.
- You have strong interpersonal skillsthat allow you to develop collaborative relations with clients and colleagues.
- You are flexible in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families operating in an individualised way with each person.
- You hold or are willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check an NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Police Check before commencing.
- You have a full unrestricted Australian Drivers Licenceand reliable access to a registered fully insured vehicle.
