We are seeking an experienced and talented **Architectural Designer** to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating functional sustainable and visually stunning designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and practical architectural design solutions.
Prepare detailed drawings plans and 3D models using industrystandard software such as AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
Ensure designs meet local building codes zoning regulations and project specifications.
Coordinate with consultants contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in client meetings and presentations effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Stay current with industry trends materials and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design with a maximum of 20 years.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software; familiarity with BIM tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of building codes standards and construction practices.
Excellent design visualization and problemsolving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
