The Global HR Technology team consists of 6 committed professionals based in the US and Europe. Being an integral member of this team which has been growing with IDEXX all along the way you will share the vision of taking ownership of your functional areas of expertise Compensation and Absence and be ready to collaborate and support your peers. We perform as a united team no country silos!
This is a hybrid position with the expectation to be onsite at our headquarters 8days a month in Westbrook ME.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a HRIS Specialist focused on Workday Compensation and Absence you are part of the Global HR Technology Team responsible for the analysis design and development of the Workday system policies and related processes. While working closely with all HR COEs supporting globally you will build a thorough understanding of HR business processes analyze the evolving business requirements to enable the development of business solutions and improve the systems we support. We are open to offering this position as a hybrid or fully remote role allowing for flexibility and worklife balance.
