Job Description
Join the Revenue Team at the CCC where you will be an critical part of ensuring proper order and revenue recognition in all business areas including Sales Support and Solution orders based on SOX requirements. Tasks shared below are a part of this role to ensure orders and revenue are recognized timely and accurately.
- Review Statement of Work related documents (e.g. Exhibit B cover letter etc) and provide instructions to CSRs on the revenue recognition methodology (for every project order)
- Review all closed projects monthly to ensure correct revenue recognition in accordance to ASC606
- Review project order documents (e.g. all POD acceptance etc. and provide confirmation to CSRs for invoicing.
- Provide consultation to CSRs on project (custom and solution) orders when required.
- Responsible for review and correction of monthly operational reports to Global Revenue Operations
- Management of forecasting of Unbilled inventory and associated SOX controls
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of revenue contract language for review of nonstandard Purchase and Master Agreements.
- Understanding of Oracle ERP and SalesForce tools to review order data for proper revenue recognition
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of management both in verbal and written form
- Business Knowledge of Quote to Cash policies and process
- Demonstrated Critical Thinking Skills and Leadership
- Proficient in Excel Power Point (i.e. pivot tables)
