Job Description

SUMMARY
The Card Implementation Lead will work closely with clients Sales Credit Product Operations and Client Services to enhance global client satisfaction through seamless delivery of Commercial Card payment solutions. Collaborate directly with internal and external Bank partners to ensure the most effective and efficient processes are delivered in accordance with the Banks expectations. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding the Banks Card payment platform and be directly responsible for client implementations and ongoing satisfaction.
You must be able to coordinate multidisciplinary internal and client facing teams in order to understand client requirements and to deliver the implementation of new business wins efficiently and ontime; you must be able to recognize issues and their severity escalate to appropriate individuals/functions and own those that are appropriate. You will handle multiple deals concurrently that may have competing priorities resources and timelines. You must work independently with minimal supervision as well as partner with the larger deal team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Host scoping meetings with the client to ensure product and technical requirements are understood and satisfied in accordance with the clients business and technical needs as well as the Banks capabilities.
  • Accountable for running large onboarding projects from beginning to end to implement treasury and card services for our commercial clients.
  • Use tracking tools and systems to document current project status issues and risks for all active deals.
  • Service as an effective point of escalation on behalf of the client
  • Build a strong rapport by liaising collaborating and coordinating with internal and external partners/stakeholders to ensure program transparency efficiency and strong growth.
  • Process complex client requests coordinate with various teams to implement and exceed client expectations.
  • Participate in client implementation deals; prioritizing work to ensure tasks are completed timely and accurately; assuring delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Candidates should have working knowledge of Commercial Card products platforms and services.
  • Ability to convey technical information in a way that is easy for others to understand.
  • Complete work accurately and within required time frames to positively influence client satisfaction and support speed to revenue and delivery of a superior onboarding experience.
  • Maintain understanding and ability to navigate across the banks internal and client facing systems.
  • Possess and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
  • Partner with the Operations Team Information Technology Team and Information Security Officer to escalate security issues; communicate and recommend solutions to clients and for the Bank.
  • Assist with ongoing daytoday client support related to integrations.
  • Prepare required standard entries and dashboards.
  • Prepare and provide CLevel analytics.
  • Attend meetings and complete training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of Commercial Card products processes and technologies.

  • Attend training and maintains a basic knowledge of procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations governing financial institutions as they apply to your position and job responsibilities with an emphasis on the BSA/AML/CIP Consumer Privacy Regulation CC Information Security Bank Protection Act FACTIdentity Theft Information Technology and GLBA.
  • Additional duties as assigned as it relates to the position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration or Finance) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of eight 8 years work experience five 5 of which must be gained either by working in a similar role or supporting card operations. Familiar with a variety of the concepts practices and procedures.
  • Experience with card solutions networks and operations preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving capabilities to establish potential alternatives and solutions to problems.
  • Excellent communication orally and in writing. Ability to work with all levels of management.
  • Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and able to redirect priorities based upon current workload (ability to react to current situations).
  • Ability to translate needs of users and external entities into projects or tasks which are practical (good analytical skills) and are well synthesized and integrated into the systems environment.
