Job Description

Private Client Solicitor 5 PQE Oxford
A private client lawyer is sought for this ambitious Law Firm in Oxford. The new team member will support the Partners existing work and manage their own files. The private client teams are very busy and have been identified as a growth area making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career alongside ambitious friendly and supportive professionals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Overseeing and managing a personal caseload providing strategic legal advice and guidance on a wide range of private client matters.
Building credibility with clients and developing personal client relationships by managing client expectations.
Line management and supervision responsibilities for a small team.
Supporting the team with business development and marketing activities.
Maintaining a consistent level of excellent service.
  • *Knowledge and Experience:**
  • Qualified solicitor or professional equivalent (approximately 5 years PQE).
  • Excellent understanding of wills tax planning probate and estate administration.
  • Experience with trust creation and administration and Court of Protection work.
  • Experience in managing and supervising team members.
  • Competent with IT applications such as Word Excel and Outlook and experienced with case management systems.
