TVHs purchasing department sources parts worldwide for forklifts mobile elevating work platforms telehandlers scissor lifts agricultural tractors small excavators and golf carts etc. In short almost all industrial vehicles regardless of make type or year of manufacture. The unparalleled knowhow of our purchasing department translates into a database of overitem numbers over 850000 of which are in stock.
As a Product Purchaser of Exhaust Systems you will be responsible for the procurement and development of exhaust systems plastic tanks and filler caps. After a thorough internal training tailored to your existing knowledge your role will evolve into an Advanced Product Purchaser. You will be responsible for your own product range and for purchasing from suppliers worldwide.
Your role and responsibilities
You will supervise technical and commercial areas as well as the quality and availability of manufactured parts to the customer.
On a daily basis you will review your assigned product range and associated components.
You will look for new opportunities in our system to further expand your product portfolio in terms of components. In doing so you will enjoy great freedom to make decisions independently while always being able to rely on your team to assist you in laying out a favorable roadmap.
Your profile
You have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
You are broadly interested in technical developments and always enjoy learning new things.
You work effectively within a team and are capable of handling projects independently.
You have a flair for commerce.
You have good English language skills.
You have a flexible attitude.
