The team & role
We are building a new sales organization in New York and looking for a highly skilled Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to be our first hire in this area. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and handson RevOps leader who thrives in a highgrowth environment. Youll be essential to creating scalable systems and processes that enable our sales team to exceed its goals. The ideal candidate has experience establishing and optimizing revenue operations is comfortable with data and analytics and can collaborate across sales marketing and customer success functions.
What youll be doing
- Build and Optimize Processes: Establish and improve sales processes and systems creating a scalable foundation for the new sales organization.
- Data & Analytics: Own data accuracy and reporting develop KPIs dashboards and performance tracking to provide insights and improve decisionmaking across the sales org.
- Drive change: analysis data derive insights out of it come up with actionable recommendations and help the revenue leaders drive change throughout the organization.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and manage tools and training to optimize the productivity of the sales team ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
- Forecasting & Planning: Work with Sales and Finance to create accurate sales forecasts providing insights into pipeline health and revenue projections.
- Systems Management: Oversee CRM and other sales tools ensuring integration and efficiency across the entire sales tech stack.
- Alignment & Communication: Act as a bridge between sales marketing and customer success to align objectives and improve revenue growth strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to ensure the sales team operates efficiently and effectively while remaining agile and adaptable to changing business needs.
Your skills & experience
- 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in building and optimizing processes in a growth environment.
- 3 years experience as a Salesforce admin.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills including experience with Salesforce Gong Confluence Seismic Chili Piper etc.
- Excellent communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically balancing bigpicture focus with detailed .
- Proactive selfstarter mindset with a passion for building and scaling operations in a fastpaced environment.
