Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Office Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of agency administration. This includes greeting and screening visitors/clients answering and referring inbound telephone calls and scheduling appointments. The Front Desk Receptionist will also be responsible for administrating agency correspondence.
The successful candidate will have a pleasant and welcoming personality as this is a customer service role and represent the agency to existing and prospective clients.
This role has NO SET HOURS. The selected candidate would be a casual worker called upon when in need of coverage.
This role pays between $18 and $20 an hour.
Qualifications and Requirements
Customer service experience
2 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
High school diploma or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of general office procedures
Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands.
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
