Clinic Prep Olympia Orthopaedic Associates
Location: Olympia WA
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay:$17.81 $24.21 per hour
(Pay is determined based on years of experience)
Summary of benefits:
OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health Dental Vision Life Insurance and Longterm Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Flex spending plans uniform allowances and an Employee Assistance Program available as well. New fulltime staff will accrue a minimum of 17 days of paid time off per year.

Clinic Prep Summary:
As a Clinic Prep Clerk for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates you will be responsible for the preparation of clinic health files. This position will involve assembling electronic charts for patients verifying chart details and insurance information as well as obtaining referrals from outside physicians offices.
Our Leadership Team values your success by providing regular team meetings and offering crosstraining within the department.
Clinic Prep Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1year applicable office/clerical experience preferably in a medical office setting.
