Job Summary:
G Skyeagle Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee the manufacturing operations of PreEngineered Buildings (PEB) at our production facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in PEB manufacturing fabrication and quality control ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and manage all production activities to ensure timely completion of PEB projects.
- Supervise and lead the production team ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Optimize resources manpower and machinery to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Oversee fabrication welding painting and assembly processes to maintain quality and precision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the design and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Monitor production schedules track progress and ensure ontime delivery of projects.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain records of production inventory and material usage.
- Train and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in PEB Manufacturing/Steel Fabrication with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication welding processes CNC machines and production planning.
- Handson experience in AutoCAD Tekla and ERP software related to PEB manufacturing.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in the PEB industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
