Connect product development with operations and production to ensure successful product launches;
Stay abreast of and adapt emerging technologies such as mobility native cloud services and AI/automation technologies relevant for the digitalization of the organization;
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build test and deployment processes. Ensure that code changes are integrated and deployed reliably;
Collaborate with Azure Architect to maintain and version control infrastructure configurations. Using tools like Terraform to automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure; Set up and manage monitoring and logging tools to track the performance and health of applications and infrastructure;
Analyze logs and metrics to identify and resolve issues proactively;
Manage and maintain configuration files and settings for applications and infrastructure. Ensure consistency and reliability across different environments; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build deployment and infrastructure;

I. Eligibility criteria
1. General requirements
Be national of a Member State of the European Union Iceland or Norway;
Enjoy full rights as a citizen;
Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by laws concerning military service;
Be physically fit to perform the duties linked to the post;1
Have a thorough knowledge of one of the EU official languages and a satisfactory knowledge of another EU language;
Meet the character requirements for the duties involved;
2. Qualifications
A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three 3 years attested by a diploma in one of the following fields: engineering information technology mathematics physics or similar.2
3. Experience
In addition to the above at least three 3 years of relevant and proven professional experience gained after obtaining the diploma.3

II. Selection criteria
The following competencies will be assessed throughout the different phases of the selection procedure. Candidates are also expected to demonstrate effective communication in both spoken and written English as well as strong motivation for the position.
1. Technical competencies
i. At least 3 years of professional experience as DevOps engineer;
ii. Experience in Azure cloud services scripting and pipelines including Azure Virtual Desktop Databricks networking storage and databases;
iii. Experience in designing implementing and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps;
iv. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform ARM templates or Azure Bicep for automating infrastructure deployment;v. Good knowledge of security best practices including rolebased access control (RBAC) Azure Policy and managing secrets with tools like Azure Key Vault;
vi. Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
