Practice Details
- Call Schedule: Enjoy a balanced worklife with a 1:10 compensated call schedule. Call duties are shared between APC and Physician groups with approximately 36 call dates per year. Ortho trauma coverage is provided 7 days a week 7am4pm). Weekday call is from 4:00pm7am and you are not on call when in the clinic.
- Team Composition: Work alongside 2 fulltime pediatric orthopedic surgeons and 2 parttime pediatric orthopedic surgeons nearing retirement supported by two fulltime APCs.
- Comprehensive Cases: Engage in a full scope of pediatric orthopedic cases including spine surgeries.
- StateoftheArt Facilities: Practice in a new hospital with a dedicated pediatric floor and receive robust support from colleagues in pediatrics and PMR. Three locations to do surgery: St. Marys Medical Center Essentia Health Duluth and Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Pediatric Floor with 5 bed PICU 14 bed General Pediatric Unit with Peds Hospitalists and Intensivists available 24/7.

Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedics
- Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics
COMPENSATION:
- $600000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
