Job Description

We are looking for qualified professional individuals that can do light maintenance work and detail/wash customer vehicles. This unique roll is new to the company which we are actively hiring for. We have an two outfitted mobile service vehicles that will be driven to the customers location to perform these services.

Responsibilities

  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles including waxing leather conditioning vacuuming and carpet shampooing.
  • Perform basic lube services such as oil & filter changes fluid top off tire rotations and vehicle inspections while adhering to manufacturer and dealer specifications and guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance/detailing options when necessary.

Other Responsibilities
  • Drive Company Mobile Service Vehicle to Customers location to perform services
  • Must be able to perform express lube services (oil change rotate brake pads) at customers location with tools provided
  • Must be able to wash/Detail customers vehicle onsite at customerslocation
  • Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly
  • Drive the vehicle for testing purposes if necessaryand inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
  • Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation clean and lubricate fittings as needed
  • Install a new oil drain plug and new oil filter and communicate oil levels to teammates
  • Maintain efficiency and accuracy inrepairing vehicles
  • Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicles breakdown or damage
  • Use power tools machine tools and common hand tools to perform various tasks
Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
  • Effective analytical and communication skills and eagerness to improve
  • Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • ASE Certification/Technical degree (preferred)
  • One year in a service department
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
