About the role
As Elders embarks on an exciting period of growth and transformation we have opportunities across our National Branch Network for Mortgage Brokers to join our team in Darwin on a fulltime permanent basis!
In this role you will work alongside some of Australias top agents guiding clients through the mortgage process by assessing their mortgage needs and delivering customised solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
Prepare loan applications ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
Work with senior management on strategies for business growth
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
About You:
Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
Cert IV in Mortgage Broking / Diploma
Strong understanding of lending products loan structures and credit assessment processes
Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g. MFAA FBAA)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to naturally build rapport
Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
