We are seeking a midlevel associate with at least 3 years of public company reporting and compliance capital markets and/or corporate governance experience to join our thriving business group. The Corporate & Securities groups practice focuses on public company reporting and compliance capital markets transactions and corporate governance for companies in a broad range of industries as well as corporate governance and transactional matters for private companies.

Compensation range: $260000 to $390000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
