This Technician role in Boise ID values your skills in fixing installing updating and modifying hardware and software. Join a collaborative team committed to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble configure and fix PCs and servers to ensure flawless operation.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to set up and modify test platforms using interposers or ball grid array (BGA) sockets.
  • Provide outstanding support by resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in nonfunctioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process
  • Dismantles adjusts repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans blueprints operating or repair manuals rough sketches or drawings
  • Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
  • Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven expertise in hardware firmware and software understanding is helpful but not required.
  • Knowledge of Micron Modules is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work 12hour shifts on days or nights including some weekends.
  • Excellent collaboration problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • A new perspective that embraces continuous improvement for our processes or products.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Twoyear industry related associates degree; working towards a STEM related degree; or equivalent military training and experience
  • Knowledge in computer systems and/or DRAM operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work strictly within industry standards and protocols to ensure system compatibility.
  • Prior experience using logic analyzers and oscilloscopes to collect and analyze data preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role within a fastpaced and competitive environment is advantageous.
