Job Overview: The Shipping Receiving Clerk is responsible for the daily flow of supplies coming into and out of the warehouse.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for keeping the warehouse neat and wellorganized by sorting inventory and stocking the warehouse with items. Sweeping and light cleaning duties are also necessary to keep the warehouse neat.
- Maintain inventory records so that inventory lists and/or databases reflect the amount of stock in the warehouse at any given time.
- Unloading delivery trucks and loading trucks
- Must be flexible when working in the Austin region.
- Maintain open communication with Project Managers regarding the status of materials
- Maintain outstanding customer interaction.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Data Entry skills
- 13 years of previous warehouse support/customer service experience
