Job Description

Cordia Resources is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join. This role is responsible for billing payment posting and collections for memberships ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our AR processes. Additionally this position will support accounts receivable reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process billing and invoicing for memberships.
  • Accurately post payments and reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
  • Handle collections efforts following up on outstanding balances while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Support AR reconciliations ensuring financial accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update customer account information within iMIS.
  • Assist with monthend closing and reporting related to accounts receivable.
Qualifications:
  • iMIS experience is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience preferably in a membershipbased organization.
  • Strong understanding of billing payment posting and collections.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail problemsolving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
