Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Recruiter to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in identifying attracting and recruiting top talent for our consultancy firm. You will be a strategic partner to our hiring managers working closely with them to understand their needs and ensure we find the best possible candidates for our diverse range of client projects.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to develop comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and qualifications needed for each role.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies to identify and attract highcaliber candidates including online job boards professional networks (LinkedIn) and targeted outreach.
- Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and indepth interviews to assess candidate skills experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process scheduling appointments coordinating logistics and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling offer packages to top candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process keeping them informed and engaged.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the HR and consulting industries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR recruitment preferably within a consulting firm or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across various disciplines.
- Strong understanding of the HR and consulting industries.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
