Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate the workload of field based staff
Organise and prioritise engineers tasks to meet client expectations daily
Handle customer enquiries via email or phone promptly and professionally
Log all service requests on SAP
Prioritise callouts maintenance repairs and installations to surpass Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensure completion of service calls and followup actions as needed
Communicate directly with clients providing accurate quotes if necessary
Collaborate with Suppliers Logistics teams and provide general admin support
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in service coordination or a similar role is preferred
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
Proficiency in using service management software (SAP knowledge advantageous)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
