Inside Sales/Service Coordinator

Our client located East of Houston is seeking an Inside Sales/Service Coordinator with experience in the manufacturing industry.
As the Inside Sales/Service Coordinator you will be responsible for responding to service calls and or emails from customers and coordinatingservice technicians to meet client needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring each service call/job is successful by coordinating technicians schedules ensuring properequipment are tools are available for technicians use and securing any sub vendors or contractors.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Preparejob packages with proper details
- Be a strategic partner to capture service activities and give updates to the team
- Provide postjob followup
- Provide repair quotes to customers for service jobs
- MaintainService Technician Utilization Schedule
- Facilitates parts orders to support Service Technicians onsite and assists with expediting parts shipments for after service centers
- Works closely with internal teams when needed to problem solve andtroubleshoot issues
- Create and enter sales orders in ERP systems to invoice jobs
- Receive and review field service and parts billing information from technicians prior to invoicing
- Comply with company policies procedures and objectives
- Coordinate service jobs with customers and maintain document control throughout a service job
Qualifications
- Must have experience with work order or job order entry
- Must have experience in the scheduling and coordinating manpower
- Must have experience in inventory or materials coordination
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Education & Experience
- Associates Degree or some college is preferred
- At least 4 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment with instrumentation control systems valves or related tool/part
- Field service or dispatching experience is preferred
