YOUR MISSION

Join us as a Sr Partners Ads Associate and become a key member of Glovos regional Partners team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

Partners are key for Glovos marketplace. We are looking for a Partner Ads Associate who has datadriven objectivity while thinking outside of the box in such a way that they carry out projects that seem impossible until they come true.

Contribute to growth opportunities for small and medium enterprises seeking a foothold in the digital economy!

THE JOURNEY

  • Provide analytical support to the team of 7 countries regional and local teams throughout deeper understanding of Glovos Partners behaviour
  • Work hand in hand with each local Ads team in our local markets to achieve our Partner revenue targets enhancing advertiser adoption and retention.
  • Drive measurable business outcomes (OKRs) through initiatives that enhance advertiser adoption and retention.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance the ads campaigns performance through data analysis and market trends monitoring.
  • Provide analytical support to local teams on challenges with performance and offer creative highimpact solutions to tackle them
  • Provide strategic guidance and trainings to Account managers to help them achieve their monetization goals
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the success of key ads campaigns from presale research to campaign launch and optimisation

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 3 years of experience working in digital advertising sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple markets.
  • Capacity to leverage data insights to drive business decisions optimize operations and enhance business performance
  • Proven ability to negotiate with key accounts.
  • Passionate about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause proficiency in digital ad metrics and datadriven decision making is a plus
  • Problemsolving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies (e.g. descriptive statistics and graphs).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • Proactive organized and obsessed with details
  • Experience in SQL is a plus
  • Previous experience working directly with enterprise restaurant advertisers or similar is a plus.
  • You are independent in solving problems within your capabilities and proactive in asking for support when the task is beyond your expertise.
  • An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude
