We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Sales Associate for The Lash Lounge in Kyle Dry River District who loves the beauty industry and wants to grow their career!

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate for our Kyle TX salon. Your expertise will be in providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales retail sales and scheduling clients. If you have a P.A.S.S.I.O.N for sales and providing outstanding Customer Service we would love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase membership and retail sales
- Greet guests and provide an excellent customer experience
- Schedule appointments in person or by phone/text
- Contribute to group operations such as inventory maintenance
- Maintain a clean sanitary and inviting environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1 years customer service or retail sales experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work at least one weekend day and evenings until 8:00pm
- Experience with MindBody Software is a plus!

Compensation: $14.00 $16.00 per hour

When women visit The Lash Lounge they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
