We are looking for aService technicianto join our (international) organization in the rapidly developing market of temporary site security.
Your responsibilities
As a Service technician you play an important central role. After an onboarding process with a fellow technician you will be able to independently assemble configure install commission and maintain our security products. In case of technical problems you will be able to provide the necessary service via remote or onsite maintenance. Based on customer feedback you implement product improvements and innovations. Furthermore you report to the Country Lead.
Your duties include:
Delivery and collection of mobile monitoring systems throughout the UK
Commissioning of monitoring technology
Onsite technical service for new and existing equipment
Remote maintenance of existing systems where required
Building of new security solutions in our Telford base
Contacting customers with technical queries
What do you bring
Because you are customeroriented you are the companys ambassador and can stand out from your competitors by providing comprehensive services. You also recognise yourself in the following profile:
- Relevant CCTV experience and computer literate
- Familiar with Office 365 suite of programs
- Ideally experience with security installations
- Willingness to travel
- Living in commutable distance of the Telford office
- Professional communication style required
- High level of initiative
- Experience in serviceoriented field service
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Full and clean UK driving licence with preferable experience with towing trailers
