The Subaru Express Technician performs basic maintenance and light repairs on customer vehicles. Primary goals are safe efficient performance of all maintenance and repair tasks as defined in dealership processes and policies. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil replacing/repairing tires checking and refilling other vehicle fluids replacing filters and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers
- Evaluate customers vehicle needs working quickly and efficiently with the Subaru Express Service Writer
- Demonstrate excellent guest service which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclescondition using the Subaru Express Service inspection form
- Train with mid and senior level automotive technicians to learn additional automotive services
- Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations
- Contribute to a fun team atmosphere
- Master products services and company knowledge through Subaru StarU training programs
- We will train you to do alignments brake services and scheduled maintenance services
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Position Requirements
- Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a drug test
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of how automobiles work
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to work efficientlywith Express team
