Location: New Orleans LA

We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic and resultsdriven Operating Partner to join a wellestablished and growing restaurant group. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to make a significant impact within a reputable steakhouse brand.

Our restaurant group has successfully built and operated several hospitality ventures including multiple highend steakhouses. While New Orleans is known for its exceptional food scene we saw an opportunity to create a steakhouse that stands out from the rest.

Our concept is inspired by legendary establishments that evoke a highenergy classic dining atmosphere with a focus on exceptional food quality and service. The leadership team consists of seasoned hospitality professionals with extensive experience in the New Orleans market and beyond. Ownership remains actively involved in operations ensuring a handson approach to guest experience and business growth.

Our Food:

We focus on the highestquality ingredients and expert preparation to create a superior dining experience:

  • USDA Prime beef for every cut including properly aged handtrimmed filets.
  • Hightemperature broiling for perfect caramelization and maximum flavor.
  • Premium seafood including shrimp jumbo lump crab and coldwater lobster tails.
  • Limited ultrafresh fish selection to ensure top quality.
  • Fresh jumbo Idaho baked potatoes and locally roasted specialty coffee.
  • Thoughtfully curated wine list spanning approachable selections to worldclass vintages.
  • Comfortable energyfilled atmosphere with balanced acoustics for a lively yet conversational dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead mentor and develop management and frontline teams
  • Drive revenue growth and optimize profitability through strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with corporate leadership to align business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of food quality service and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in highvolume fullservice steakhouses or finedining restaurants
  • Strong leadership and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience with financial management budgeting and P&L oversight
