Equity Partner Corporate and Securities Practice Group (Nashville TN)
Our clients Public Company Advisors Team is growing and looking to add an Equity Partner to join their Corporate and Securities Practice Group in Nashville TN.
Lead advisory on securities regulatory compliance corporate governance and M&A. Drive client growth mentor team members and participate in firm leadership.
Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school.
- Bar admission in Tennessee.
- 10 years in corporate and securities law specializing in public company counsel.
- Strong transactional analytical and communication skills.
- Leadership and business development experience.
