Location: Dallas TX or REMOTE

Are you a skilled Hardware/Software Engineer looking to take on an impactful role in system integration Join our team and be responsible for the development of hardware cabling and software specifications that drive cuttingedge network solutions. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with customers develop engineering specifications and support solution validation to ensure the seamless implementation of projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to understand project requirements and ensure clear expectations.
  • Develop hardware and cabling specifications and technical drawings to support project .
  • Create a detailed material list for procurement and order processing.
  • Configure and validate equipment based on industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify potential risks and mitigate impacts on current configurations.
  • Provide ongoing project support from engineering to solution validation and implementation.

Deliverables Include:

  • Early Job Conference (EJC): Customer meeting to review project scope and input requirements.
  • Customer Information (CI): Gathering and finalizing engineering inputs for project .
  • Hardware & Cabling Specs: Development of technical specifications for procurement and deployment.
  • Software Ordering & Configuration: Identifying and provisioning required software for network solutions.

Travel & Work Schedule:

  • Minimal travel required.
  • May involve work outside normal business hours to accommodate customer schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years experience in developing hardware/software specifications and drawings.
  • Strong experience in configuring equipment for complex network solutions.
  • Selfmotivated quick learner and able to thrive in fastpaced environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve results efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux/Solaris systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
