One of our Clients in Washington DC needs a TAP Business Relationship Manager for a fulltime position.
- Position: TAP Business Relationship Manager
- Location: Washington DC (Remote)
- Clearance: Public Trust or Above
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between DOJ and federally recognized Tribes to provide access to national crime databases.
- Schedule develop and provide onsite training to criminal and noncriminal justice agencies on subjects to include understanding criminal histories and arrest booking/disposition workflow.
- Perform reconciliations of information entered into the national crime databases by TAP Tribes.
- Draft training materials and job aids on how to enter and query national crime information.
- Build relationships with all organizations within the Tribe.
- Assist in the development of Tribal policy documentation.
- Provide audit support.
- Dispatch support during system outages.
- Coordinate onsite installation of kiosk and software.
- Provide system account management of approximately 60 accounts per Tribe.
- Host and present onsite and remote 30 monthly large group meetings webinars and one one one training events
- Provide timely updates to all stakeholders including DOJ management as well as the DOJ TAP funding partners.
Requirements:
- 10 years experience in law enforcement using expertise in management practices industry requirements and information technology disciplines to develop technical and/or business solutions to client problems.
- Experience or knowledge of working with or among tribal communities/populations preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Access and Share Point.
- Significant project management experience.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and provide analytic support on multiple major projects across varied content areas without difficulty.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or related scientific or technical discipline
- Ability to receive a security clearance
- US Citizen
