What Skills and Experience Do You Need
Our Pobl Values are Positive Connected and Considerateare always at the forefront of our minds. Were looking for someone who shares these values and has:
Experience in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) plans reviewing and contributing to changes when required
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or a willingness to work towards it
What Youll Be Doing:
Working as part of a passionate team to provide outstanding support.
Implementing Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and personal plans ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and PBS Lead.
Collaborating closely with family members and professionals to create a strong support network.
Encouraging community involvement helping individuals engage in local activities.
Building essential life skills including cooking household tasks managing finances and medication administration.
Providing support in the community from shopping and appointments to education and leisure activities.
Assisting with personal care as outlined in individual care plans.
Contributing to risk assessments and support plans ensuring a safe and empowering environment.
