National Business Development Manager Commercial Roofing

Location:Arizona
Salary: $100000 $115000 Base 3 of Gross Profit Commission

About the Company

Our client is a leading Commercial Roofing organization with multiple entities across the U.S. Specializing in largescale roofing projects they provide toptier solutions for industrial commercial and multifacility clients. With a strong national presence they are now expanding their sales force to drive further growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development professional with a proven track record in commercial roofing or manufacturing sales. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing book of business and industry contactsespecially in Texasto expand national accounts and drive revenue growth.

This role will focus on identifying and cultivating longterm client relationships through strategic networking industry partnerships and solutiondriven sales. Candidates must have at least 3 years of successful sales experience in roofing manufacturing or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national business development strategy leveraging the companys extensive network to drive sales.
  • Identify engage and secure highvalue national accounts with a focus on multifacility clients.
  • Utilize an existing book of business and professional contacts (especially in Texas) to generate new revenue opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers including property owners facility managers general contractors and developers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored commercial roofing solutions that meet client needs.
  • Attend trade shows industry events and networking functions to build industry presence and identify opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through a consultative sales approach.
  • Work crossfunctionally with operations estimating and project management teams to ensure seamless project .

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 years of sales experience in commercial roofing manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Strong book of business and established contacts with a preference for Texasbased relationships.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and develop national accounts.
  • Experience in B2B sales strategic partnerships and longterm client retention.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close highvalue deals.
  • Selfmotivated driven and capable of working independently while being a team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings trade shows and networking events.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100000 $115000
  • Commission: 3 of Gross Profit
