Full time (extendable based on mutual agreement)
Purpose
To support the Communications Associate (Data) on a range of activities including but not limited to creating charts infographics and other datadriven collaterals such as videos and social media posts curating inperson information design products design research and data cleaning and assisting in other ongoing projects.
CEEW invites applications from current and graduated design students with an interest in information design.
The candidate should be solutionoriented detailoriented and committed to adhering to timelines. In addition to the duties and responsibilities below the individual should be prepared as and when necessary to take on additional responsibilities.
Job duties and accountabilities
Creating and factchecking data visualisations that offer clarity and are crisp
Creating datadriven collaterals such as videos social media posts infographics etc. for both print and digital
Supporting the Communications Associate in curating inperson datadriven experiences
Supplementing existing and upcoming collaterals with peer research and template design
Selection Criteria
Qualification
Masters/Bachelors degree in design (currently enrolled or graduated)
Work experience and other skills
Masters/Bachelors degree in communications design or any related field preferred
Knowledge of design tools
Key skills
Excellent communication skills spoken and written English language skills
Attention to detail and a cando attitude
An interest in design and data visualisation media is a must
Ability to adhere to (and manage multiple) timelines
